Jessica Rafferty
Jessica Rafferty is one of Belluck & Fox’s trial paralegals. Jessica
works in close consultation with our clients and their families from the
inception of their cases through their trials and beyond. She gathers
their medical records and other related files to work up the cases;
organizes and manages this information for our attorneys; and
coordinates with our experts to ensure that our clients have
everything they need for a successful trial. Jessica also assists our
attorneys in every phase of litigation, including organizing client
testimonies, creating pleadings and exhibits for trials, and managing
documentation regarding product identification and exposures. She attends and assists
our attorneys at each of her client’s trials.
Jessica graduated Pi Sigma Alpha and received her B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
