Linda Laverde
Linda Laverde is one of Belluck & Fox’s trial paralegals.
Linda works in close consultation with our clients and their families
from the inception of their cases through their trials and beyond.
She gathers their medical records and other related files to work up
the cases; organizes and manages this information for our attorneys;
and coordinates with our experts to ensure that our clients have everything
they need for a successful trial. Linda also assists our attorneys
in every phase of litigation, including organizing client testimonies,
creating pleadings and exhibits for trials, and managing documentation
regarding product identification and exposures.
Linda received a B.S. in paralegal studies from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
