Nicholas Garcia
Legal Assistant
Nicholas Garcia is a part-time bankruptcy paralegal with
Belluck & Fox. Nick’s primary responsibility is filing claims on behalf
of our clients with the trusts of bankrupt companies that manufactured
asbestos-containing products. He also assists in gathering evidence
of exposure through reviewing depositions, related cases and
other official documents.
Nick is pursuing a joint B.A./M.A. degree program at Fordham University. His undergraduate major is Philosophy and his Master’s focus is Ethics and Society.
