Adam M. Wolk is Trial Counsel for Belluck & Fox, LLP. While his adversaries may fear him in the courtroom, they know that Adam shoots straight, is ethical, doesn’t play games, and says it as it is. What makes him well-liked by the jury is are the same qualities that make him amiable to adversaries, judges, and clients alike.
Prior to Joining Belluck & Fox in 2019, Adam worked in the public sector as an Assistant District Attorney with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office. In that role, Adam managed a long-term narcotics wiretap investigation that resulted in a 32 defendant, 300 count conspiracy indictment. Adam also prosecuted over a thousand criminal cases in New York State Supreme & Criminal Court during his tenure in Brooklyn. While at the DA’s office, Adam volunteered for community outreach whenever the opportunity arose, serving as a mentor for young students at the Brooklyn Eagle Academy for Young Men, and as a coach for local public school moot court teams.
Upon leaving the DA’s office, Adam gained extensive civil litigation experience by defending and prosecuting in excess of 15 civil trials to verdict. Adam is a strong oral advocate who prides himself on working tirelessly to represent his clients’ interest. There is no place Adam feels more comfortable than in the courtroom in front of a jury.
Prior to going to law school, Adam worked in film and television production in New York City, and as a fisherman and taxi driver in Montauk, NY. Adam lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with his wife and dog.
