Jordan Fox
Jordan Fox, one of the founding partners of Belluck & Fox, is one of New York’s most experienced product liability litigators. Jordan has represented victims of asbestos exposure, crime and other environmental injuries for over twenty years. He has prosecuted thousands of asbestos cases and has settled tens of millions of dollars in claims for his clients.
Prior to founding Belluck & Fox, Jordan was a prosecutor in the Special Victims section of the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. Since entering private practice, he has maintained his dedication to crime victims and has won millions of dollars for such victims in civil lawsuits.
Jordan was recognized as the 2013 Plaintiff’s Lawyer of the Year” for New York City Mass Tort Litigation by Best Lawyers.

Notable Cases
- Mr. Fox won the first major asbestos case against a major retail company when Sears Roebuck was found liable for selling products which caused mesothelioma.
- On two occasions, his verdicts were featured as The National Law Journal's Largest Verdicts of the Year.
- On behalf of the citizens of Baltimore, Maryland, Jordan recovered extensive damages against the asbestos industry. His work resulted in two separate jury awards of $23 million and $12 million - including punitive damages against the asbestos companies.
- In another case, Jordan obtained a verdict of $18.2 million on behalf of five individuals who died from mesothelioma.
