Daniel Belzil

Insurance Coverage Associate at Belluck & Fox

Insurance companies are serial litigants who are able to marshal considerable resources to delay, limit, or even avoid payment of claims. Without the help of a knowledgeable and seasoned coverage attorney, an individual policyholder or injured tort victim often stands no chance of recovering insurance money to compensate them. I have worked my whole career in private practice to ‘level the playing field’ for policyholders and injured claimants in disputes with insurance companies to ensure that the insurance companies fully honor their contractual obligations.
